LNG stations construction

A complete service that consists in building LNG station at customer’s site. The investment is accomplished on three levels:

– construction,
– station equipment assembly,
– installation of safety and measurement systems.

Construction works

• obtaining required permits,
• building foundations for station elements,

Installation of equipment

• project documentation,
• determination of station elements, procurement, installation and assembly of equipment as stated in the project design,

Safety and measurement systems

• development of gas detection and gas measurement system,
• systems may be developed in several standards, depending on clients’ needs – as a simple manual, or as fully automatic system.

Cysterna

Specjalistyczna cysterna do przewożenia skroplonego gazu ziemnego w temp. -160oC o ładowności około 17 ton.

Zbiornik

Zbiornik magazynowy służy do przechowywania ciekłego gazu. Może mieć konstrukcję pionową lub poziomą, a jego pojemność jest zależna od zapotrzebowania na gaz oraz logistyki dostaw.

Parownice

W parownicach następuje przemiana LNG z fazy ciekłej w gazową. Wielkość parownic jest dobierana w zależności od zużycia gazu przez klienta.

Stacja redukcyjno-pomiarowa

W stacji redukcyjno-pomiarowej znajdują się reduktory ciśnienia gazu oraz urządzenia mierzące przepływ gazu. Opcjonalnie stacja może być wyposażona w system nawaniania gazu.
